Yorktown Center Welcomes Exciting New Dining & Community Enhancements Under Pacific Retail Capital Partners

Yorktown Center is experiencing a vibrant transformation with the arrival of new dining destinations and a significant redevelopment project, spearheaded by Pacific Retail Capital Partners. These exciting developments are set to enhance the center’s appeal as a dynamic mixed-use community hub, offering unique experiences for visitors and businesses alike.

Food enthusiasts have much to celebrate with the opening of three distinct restaurants. Ancho & Agave, which opened its doors on Monday, December 16th, introduces a modern and bold take on classic Mexican cuisine. Diners can expect crave-worthy tacos, refreshing margaritas, and a menu brimming with flavorful Mexican dishes, all within a stylish and inviting atmosphere perfect for various occasions.

Empire Burgers + Brew is now officially open, offering a laid-back and welcoming spot to enjoy juicy, handcrafted burgers made with fresh ingredients. Complementing the delicious burgers is a carefully selected range of craft beers, making it an ideal location for lunch, dinner, or a relaxed evening out.

For entertainment and dining combined, Dave & Buster’s Inc. has also opened at Yorktown Center. This ultimate entertainment destination provides a space to eat, drink, play games, and watch favorite sports, offering an unforgettable experience for friends and families.

Beyond dining, Yorktown Center is undergoing a transformative redevelopment project managed in collaboration with Pacific Retail Capital Partners, the Village of Lombard, and Synergy Construction Group, LLC. The former Carson’s store is being demolished to pave the way for an integrated lifestyle hub. This ambitious plan includes the addition of housing and the creation of “The Square,” a one-acre green space intended as a community park. This central green space will seamlessly connect the new development with the existing Yorktown Center, fostering a stronger sense of community.

This revitalization project, guided by Pacific Retail Capital Partners, aligns with the community’s vision and promises to create a more vibrant and innovative environment at Yorktown Center, solidifying its position as a premier destination for shopping, living, working, and leisure.
