Prior to his tenure at Dune, which commenced in 2022, Mr. Chan held the position of Vice President at QuadReal. His extensive experience also includes a decade at Angelo Gordon, where he served as Vice President, concentrating on acquisitions and asset management in the Western U.S. Earlier in his career, Mr. Chan was associated with Berkeley Partners. Monica Scieszka has been promoted from Vice President to Director, also within the Investments team at Dune Real Estate Partners LP. In her capacity, Ms. Scieszka is instrumental in identifying, assessing, and structuring new investment prospects, alongside contributing to the execution of value enhancement strategies. Before joining Dune in 2019, Ms. Scieszka was an Associate at Walton Street Capital, where she focused on commercial real estate acquisitions. Paul McLaughlin has advanced from Manager – Portfolio Analytics to Vice President in the Finance and Accounting group at Dune Real Estate Partners LP. Mr. McLaughlin’s primary responsibilities include the quarterly valuation of fund investments and providing critical portfolio analytics to guide senior management’s decision-making at the fund level. Prior to joining Dune in early 2019, Mr. McLaughlin was a Consultant at Deloitte, specializing in Real Estate Valuation. His background also includes experience as a Project Manager at Blue Sunsets LLC, focusing on real estate portfolio investment returns. Mr. McLaughlin earned an M.B.A. from Georgetown University in 2015 and a B.A. in Mathematics from the College of the Holy Cross in 2011, showcasing his analytical skills and financial expertise.
Joshua Hassid has been promoted from Associate to Vice President within the Investments team at Dune Real Estate Partners LP. Mr. Hassid plays a vital role in evaluating and underwriting new investment opportunities, leading due diligence processes, and contributing to the execution of business plans and value creation strategies for Dune’s existing portfolio. Before joining Dune in 2021, Mr. Hassid gained significant experience in investment roles at Kennedy Wilson (NYSE: KW), a global real estate investment company.
