Appointments missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $50 charge for initial new patient visits or electrodiagnostic tests, and $25 for follow-up appointments. This fee must be paid before scheduling future appointments. We do consider individual circumstances and may waive the fee in certain situations.

Neurology Partners may also proactively contact patients the day before in case of anticipated office closures due to severe weather.
Medication Refill Policy: For medication refills, please allow 24 hours for processing. Please note that refills for controlled substances cannot be handled by covering physicians during weekends.
