Goettsch Partners (GP), a leading architecture firm based in Chicago, is proud to announce the completion of its first project in Denver: 1900 Lawrence. This impressive 31-story Class A office tower is the result of a successful collaboration with Riverside Investment & Development and Convexity Properties. Located in Denver’s dynamic LoDo and west downtown areas, 1900 Lawrence brings 700,000 square feet of premium office space to the market across 24 floors, complemented by convenient in-building parking and 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
Designed by Goettsch Partners Chicago, 1900 Lawrence prioritizes the integration of indoor and outdoor environments to enhance the workplace experience. The building’s unique stepped design incorporates 11 private tenant terraces, ensuring breathtaking views of the Front Range, Coors Field, and Skyline Park from every floor. The main amenity level further emphasizes this connection with operable glass walls opening onto a sprawling 10,000-square-foot terrace. This level also boasts a state-of-the-art fitness center, a golf simulator, and versatile conference and boardroom facilities, alongside a sophisticated hospitality-level lounge.
A standout feature of 1900 Lawrence, conceived by Goettsch Partners Chicago, is Denver’s highest pickleball court, situated on a rooftop activity deck with panoramic views of downtown and the surrounding cityscape. The building’s lobby, extending along the entire 19th Street block, acts as a seamless transition from the exterior environment. A striking full-height folded travertine wall serves as a focal point upon arrival, mirroring the natural beauty of the Denver mountains.
The successful completion of 1900 Lawrence is a testament to the collaborative efforts of numerous partners, including Riverside Investment & Development Company, Convexity Properties, HENSEL PHELPS, SAR+ Architects, Magnusson Klemencic Associates, ESD now Stantec Consulting Services, DLR Group, Turner Construction Company, Martin/Martin, Inc, Group14 Engineering, PBC, One Lux Studio, Wenk Associates, Jenkins & Huntington, Inc Vertical Transportation Consultants, Slate, an Elements Studio, MTech Mechanical, Puma Steel, New Hudson Facades, ME Engineers, and CDC.
