This relocation and expansion project underscores HealthPartners’ commitment to the Apple Valley community, promising a broader range of services under one roof.

The new Apple Valley Health Partners clinic, situated at 15350 English Avenue, will span an impressive 56,776 square feet. This nearly doubles the size of the current clinic, allowing for a substantial increase in service offerings. Patients can look forward to accessing a wider array of specialized care, including allergy services, eye care, MRI, mammography, and ophthalmology, alongside existing primary care services. The clinic will continue to provide family medicine, pediatrics, radiology, cardiology, lab services, urgent care, OB-GYN, and dental care, all within a single, easily accessible location.
This $29 million investment reflects HealthPartners’ dedication to enhancing healthcare infrastructure in the south metro area. The Apple Valley project is part of a broader initiative that includes new facilities in Lakeville and Burnsville, all aimed at improving primary and specialty care services for the community. Construction of the Apple Valley clinic is progressing rapidly, with completion anticipated by the summer of 2024. This expansion will not only enhance the patient experience but also reinforce Apple Valley Health Partners as a leading healthcare destination in the region.
