Senior Human Resources Manager Opportunity in Dallas, TX – Apply Today!

This is a fantastic direct hire or contract-to-hire opportunity for a hands-on leader to oversee corporate HR operations and support broader HR programs. This on-site position, reporting directly to the CHRO, offers a competitive salary of $120,000 – $140,000 plus a 15% bonus. As Senior Manager of Human Resources, you will be responsible for:

  • HR Leadership & Strategy: Driving HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Talent Management & Workforce Planning: Developing and implementing talent strategies.
  • HR Systems & Analytics: Managing HR systems (preferably UltiPro and iCIMS) and utilizing data for HR metrics and reporting.
  • Compliance & Employment Law: Ensuring adherence to HR compliance and legal standards.
  • Talent Acquisition Support: Supporting recruitment efforts.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Fostering positive employee relations and engagement programs.
  • Total Rewards & Compensation: Managing compensation and benefits programs.
  • HR Program Development: Developing and implementing HR programs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working collaboratively across departments.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of HR leadership experience, ideally within consumer products, manufacturing, or food production.
  • Experience with HR systems, particularly UltiPro (HRIS) and iCIMS (ATS).
  • Strong data analytics and HR metrics reporting skills.
  • Proven experience in HR compliance and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with all levels of employees.
  • Experience leading and mentoring HR teams.
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
