Following a remarkable journey through the realms of luxury, independent, and branded hotels and resorts, alongside distinguished specialty restaurants, Euan embarked on a new venture in 2012. He established Valor Hospitality Partners in collaboration with his long-time friend and business associate, Steve Cesinger. From its inception, Valor has cultivated an outstanding reputation for its proficiency in revitalizing underperforming properties, pioneering new developments, and executing successful rebranding strategies, all while maintaining a harmonious balance between commercial success and cultural sensitivity.
In 2013, Euan and Steve broadened their operational scope by acquiring a U.K. operating platform. This strategic move has propelled their portfolio to encompass 40 hotels and resorts across Great Britain and Ireland, with ambitious plans for further expansion into the European market. Their significant achievements include the transformation of an underperforming IHG portfolio into a top-ranking franchise in Europe, the oversight of substantial multimillion-pound renovations, and the innovative development of ‘High Street Retail’ themed restaurants within Hilton and IHG Hotels & Resorts.
The same year also marked the co-founding of PMR Hospitality Partners in Cape Town, South Africa, by Euan, alongside lifelong friends and now partners Tony Romer-Lee and Michael Pownall. This initiative was aimed at addressing critical gaps within the Sub-Saharan African hospitality sector. In 2018, PMR evolved into Valor Africa, quickly followed by its expansion to become Valor Africa & Middle East, integrating into what is now globally recognized as Valor Global, with the inauguration of a Dubai office.

Valor Global is responsible for overseeing, asset managing, advising, or consulting on over 90 projects worldwide. Valor Global’s operational philosophy is encapsulated in the concept of a ‘whole world of local,’ skillfully merging global perspectives, intellectual insights, and strategic thinking with a profound appreciation for regional heritage and cultural subtleties.
