ULP’s incubator/accelerator is dedicated to transforming promising university research into thriving startup companies. We partner with faculty, students, and researchers across diverse universities, identifying innovations with high commercial potential. Our program provides critical resources, expert mentorship, and essential funding to propel these ventures forward.
We are looking for seasoned professionals and leaders with experience in venture capital, entrepreneurship, life sciences, and technology commercialization. As an Incubator/Accelerator Advisor, you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting our mission to accelerate the translation of cutting-edge research from leading universities into impactful commercial realities. Your expertise will help shape the strategic direction of our incubator, ensuring we provide the most effective support to our portfolio companies.
Workforce Development Advisors: Cultivating the Next Generation of STEM Leaders
Recognizing the importance of a robust talent pipeline for a thriving life science ecosystem, ULP is committed to developing the next generation of professionals in this critical sector. We aim to be a catalyst in providing and supporting high-quality STEM education and career development opportunities for students within Orange County and beyond.
We are seeking individuals with a passion for and experience in STEM education, workforce development, career pathways, and community engagement. As a Workforce Development Advisor, you will contribute to strategies that enhance STEM education and career opportunities, ensuring a diverse and skilled workforce for the growing life science industry. Your insights will be invaluable in shaping programs that inspire and prepare students for successful careers in STEM fields.
