Your Candidate Experience at Trillium Health Partners

Our hiring process at Trillium Health Partners is designed to be clear and efficient, consisting of three main steps:

Step 1: Apply

Once you have identified a career opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to submit your application online. Our internal recruitment team will carefully review your qualifications against the requirements of the position you have applied for, adhering to any applicable Collective Agreements for internal candidates. If your profile aligns with the requirements, your application will proceed to the next stage for skills testing and/or interview consideration. Please note that only candidates selected for testing and/or an interview will be contacted directly.

Step 2: Assess

Trillium Health Partners utilizes various methods for communication during the hiring process to ensure a comprehensive and convenient experience. Depending on the role, location, and urgency, we may conduct initial conversations via telephone, web-based video interviews, or traditional in-person interviews. We believe the interview process should be mutually beneficial, and we encourage you to ask questions and learn more about Trillium Health Partners.

You may also be invited to participate in a skills assessment or testing to evaluate your proficiency related to the job requirements. Furthermore, you may be asked to provide professional references from individuals you have directly reported to in your previous roles. Reference checks are conducted only for candidates under serious consideration for a position at Trillium Health Partners.

Step 3: Offer & Onboarding

This is the decision phase. Our recruitment team is dedicated to ensuring the right hiring decision is made for both you and Trillium Health Partners. Job offers are extended by a member of our internal team. If you are not selected for a specific role after the interview and/or testing stages, you will also receive communication from our team.

Upon accepting a job offer at THP, you will receive detailed information regarding your onboarding experience, including access to our online onboarding portal. All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of a pre-placement health assessment conducted by our Employee Health, Safety, and Wellness team.

As a condition of employment at Trillium Health Partners, completing a Pre-Placement Health Assessment prior to your start date is mandatory.
