Before his impactful tenure at Pivotal Housing Partners, Trey honed his skills as Senior Project Manager at Trek Development Group, a reputable real estate development firm based in Pittsburgh. During his time at Trek, he successfully managed a diverse portfolio of affordable, commercial, and market-rate projects, collectively valued at over $100 million. Earlier in his career, Trey co-founded Patrick Edelen, a real estate consulting firm. This venture focused on advising private equity groups and local government agencies on economic development strategies, offering comprehensive project management, debt restructuring, tax increment financing, and construction management expertise. His public sector experience includes serving as Special Assistant to the Chief Executive of Allegheny County and as Senior Project Manager at the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (URA), further demonstrating his commitment to public service and community advancement.
