Dr. Weaver brings over 25 years of leadership experience within the healthcare services sector, encompassing roles in large health plans and integrated health systems. Her extensive background positions her as a significant asset to Frazier Partners, reinforcing their commitment to investing in and growing innovative healthcare companies.

Before joining Frazier Partners, Dr. Weaver demonstrated exceptional leadership as President and Chief Executive Officer of Kepro, a portfolio company of Apax Partners. She successfully led Kepro until its merger with CNSI, a Carlyle portfolio company, in December 2022, creating Acentra Health. Her capabilities were further recognized by Apax, leading to a six-month interim CEO role at another of their portfolio companies following her departure from Kepro/Acentra Health.

Dr. Weaver’s career trajectory showcases a consistent drive to innovate and improve healthcare delivery. Prior to Kepro, she was the Chief Executive Officer of C3HealthcareRx, a forward-thinking company focused on in-home medication management and personalized pharmacy services. This role highlights her commitment to patient-centric care and leveraging innovative solutions within the healthcare landscape, values that align perfectly with the investment philosophy of Frazier Partners.

Her experience extends to the payer side of healthcare as well. Dr. Weaver served as Chief Medical Officer for Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina, the state’s largest health insurer. In this pivotal role, she spearheaded key divisions including Health Delivery Redesign, Network Management, and Medical Policy. She also oversaw critical functions such as medical expense strategy, disease management, wellness programs, and quality improvement, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the complexities within large healthcare systems – expertise highly valuable for Frazier Partners in evaluating investment opportunities.

Earlier in her career, Dr. Weaver held various executive positions at WakeMed Health & Hospitals, culminating in her role as Executive Vice President of Medical Affairs and Physician Practices. This experience in a major health system provides her with deep insights into the operational and clinical aspects of healthcare delivery, further enriching her advisory role at Frazier Partners.

Dr. Weaver’s academic credentials underscore her profound knowledge base. She earned her BS in Psychology and MD from Duke University School of Medicine. Her medical training continued with a residency at Massachusetts General Hospital, and she is board-certified in Internal Medicine and a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, signifying the highest standards of professional excellence and patient care.

Beyond her executive roles, Dr. Weaver actively contributes to the healthcare industry through board service. She is a Director of Addus Homecare (Nasdaq: ADUS), AdaptHealth Corp (Nasdaq: AHCO), and Acentra Health, demonstrating her ongoing commitment to guiding and shaping leading healthcare organizations. Her previous board service with privately held healthcare companies and non-profits further illustrates her broad impact and dedication.
