Mr. Pandolfi brings nearly three decades of comprehensive experience in M&A advisory, capital raising, and operations to Eden Global Partners. Prior to joining, he held the position of Vice Chairman for the Americas, Global Mergers & Acquisitions at Citigroup. His career also includes a decade at J.P. Morgan within their Global Mergers & Acquisitions group, where he was responsible for originating and executing transactions across diverse industries and global markets. During his 23 years with Citigroup and J.P. Morgan, Mr. Pandolfi has advised on M&A transactions exceeding $250 billion across various sectors and geographies. He has also been instrumental in assisting clients to raise significant capital in both public and private markets.
