The fund closed with approximately $1.2 billion in capital commitments, significantly exceeding its initial target. Fund III attracted commitments from a diverse group of global institutional investors. This includes state and corporate pension funds, endowments, foundations, and family offices, highlighting the broad appeal of Amulet Capital Partners‘ investment approach. With the closing of Fund III, Amulet Capital Partners now manages approximately $2.7 billion in assets, solidifying its position as a significant player in healthcare private equity.
Building upon its established value-oriented and thesis-driven investment strategy, Amulet Capital Partners will utilize Fund III to continue partnering with robust businesses operating within high-growth subsectors of the healthcare ecosystem. These key areas include life sciences outsourcing, healthcare providers, and payor and payor services.
