This move is spearheaded by Stephanie McCullough, a highly regarded retail expert with nearly two decades of experience in both landlord and tenant representation. McCullough will take the helm of tenant and owner services in Jacksonville, working closely with SRS leadership across Florida to enhance the firm’s comprehensive retail expertise. Joining her is Annie Lee O’Steen, a retail associate bringing over five years of commercial real estate experience to the team.

Her deep market understanding and extensive experience spanning all facets of retail development have distinguished her as a leading authority in the region. Her accolades include being recognized as one of Tomorrow’s Leaders in the Southeast by Real Estate Forum and Jacksonville’s 40 Under 40 by the Jacksonville Business Journal, consistently earning recognition as a top producer in the region. A Florida State University alumna, McCullough is actively involved with the FSU Trends Conference Committee and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
