Dr. Quincy Sa’Ena, DO – Family Medicine Physician
Dr. Sa’Ena brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to San Juan Health Partners. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He then completed his medical training at A.T. Still University School of Osteopathic Medicine, followed by a Family Medicine Residency at Larkin Community Hospital in Hialeah, Florida. Beyond his medical expertise, Dr. Sa’Ena is a dedicated athlete and active community volunteer.
Anysha Gustafson, FNP – Family Nurse Practitioner

Patrick Oglesby, DNP, FNP-C – Transitional Care Provider
Dr. Oglesby is a Doctor of Nursing Practice with a specialization as a Family Nurse Practitioner. He graduated from Colorado Mesa University and also holds a Bachelor of Science and an Associate of Science in Nursing from Excelsior College. With 25 years of experience at San Juan Regional Medical Center, including 23 years as a Flight Nurse and Paramedic with AirCare, Dr. Oglesby provides expert transitional care for patients.
