- Compensation and Benefits Administration: To evaluate, determine, and arrange compensation, payroll, and benefits for employees and contractors of R&R Partners Inc.
- Workforce Management: To assess your fitness and physical capacity for work and to manage our workforce and its performance, including personnel planning, productivity monitoring, and performance evaluations.
- Communication Regarding Employment: To contact you regarding your application and potential employee relationship with R&R Partners Inc. and to manage your ongoing employment relationship with us.

- Legitimate Business Interests: For any other lawful purpose necessary to further the legitimate interests of R&R Partners Inc. and for any purpose related to the foregoing.
In addition to these specific purposes, R&R Partners Inc. may use and disclose Personal Information as necessary or appropriate to:
- Legal Compliance: Comply with laws and regulations, including tax, health and safety, anti-discrimination, immigration, labor and employment, and social welfare laws.

Please note the following important commitments from R&R Partners Inc.:

These Service Providers offer essential services such as applicant selection and hiring support, benefits and wellness programs, website services, web hosting, data analysis, customer service, IT infrastructure, technology services, email delivery, legal and financial services, and other similar functions. We ensure that our Service Providers access Personal Information only to the extent necessary to perform their designated functions and are contractually bound to protect the confidentiality and security of your information.

Other Third Parties: In certain situations, R&R Partners Inc. may disclose your PI to additional categories of Third Parties:
- At Your Direction: We may disclose your PI to other Third Parties when you provide your consent or direct us to do so.
