Recognized as a trusted and strategic leader, Docherty has a proven track record of advising bankers, regulators, and clients. She is also a frequent speaker at industry events, often addressing topics such as banking trends and gender diversity within the financial industry. Further demonstrating her commitment to the sector, Docherty holds a director position and chairs the Audit and Finance Committee at Sunrise Banks. Beyond her corporate roles, she is the co-founder and CEO of Bank on Women, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the inclusion of qualified women on the boards and in the C-suites of community banks.
