Taylor Coe joins Pennington Real Estate Partners as a Managing Director and a member of the PREP Investment Committee. Prior to Pennington, Coe was a key member of the equity investment team at Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners (WDIP), a prominent middle-market real estate investment platform managing over $6.1 billion in assets at the time of his departure. During his tenure at WDIP, Taylor played a crucial role in closing investments totaling over $1.3 billion in capitalization.
