Located within Olathe Medical Center’s Birth Place, our Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) provides an added layer of security and specialized care for newborns when they need it most. Opened in May 2017 as part of a significant expansion, this unit is equipped to care for infants born prematurely (at 32 weeks gestational age or greater) or full-term babies requiring extra medical support.
