His vision and guidance were pivotal in the bank’s remarkable growth, expanding from an initial $25 million in assets to become part of Texas Partners Bank. This transformation followed the strategic merger of The Bank of San Antonio, The Bank of Austin, and Texas Hill Country Bank in 2020, creating a unified entity under a single bank charter. By 2024, this strategic consolidation had propelled Texas Partners Bank to exceed $2.27 billion in assets, demonstrating the impactful leadership at its helm.
Prior to his current presidency at Texas Partners Bank, Given held the position of Senior Vice President at a regional bank holding company. In this capacity, he also served as Chief Operating Officer for their San Antonio operations and effectively managed their commercial banking group.
