The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has issued a public warning regarding a rise in text message phishing scams, known as “smishing,” targeting toll road users. These scams involve fraudsters impersonating toll authorities and falsely claiming outstanding toll balances. Recipients receive a text message with a link to settle the supposed debt and avoid late fees.
Parkersburg Bridge Partners urges you to be vigilant. If you receive an unsolicited text message about unpaid tolls, do not click the link. To verify your MOV Pass account balance, please visit the official website at https://www.mymovpass.com/ or contact our customer service team directly at 855-643-4389 during weekday business hours, 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. ET.

Current Traffic Conditions
Currently, one lane of the Memorial Bridge is open to traffic as rehabilitation work progresses. For the safety of drivers and construction crews, please adhere to the posted speed limit of 25 MPH and observe the remote traffic signals. Proceed only when the traffic signal is green. Safe driving practices, free from distractions, are essential to maintain traffic flow and ensure everyone’s safety.
