The development marks a substantial on-campus expansion for Alkermes, complementing their existing presence at 852 Winter Street and providing ample space for their growing research and development operations and expanding workforce. Construction is scheduled to commence this spring.

Initially, Davis Marcus Partners facilitated Alkermes’ relocation from Cambridge to Waltham in 2009 by expertly renovating an existing office building to accommodate their laboratory and headquarters.
