Enhancing Corporate Travel with LATAM Airlines Partners: Priority Benefits and More

Delta Air Lines is extending its Global Corporate Priority program to LATAM Airlines, providing enhanced travel experiences for valued business customers. This expansion reinforces Delta’s dedication to delivering superior service and benefits to corporate travelers globally.

Building upon Delta’s history as the first U.S. global airline to globally align corporate customer benefits with Air France and KLM in 2018, followed by Aeromexico and Virgin Atlantic in 2019, this initiative further solidifies their leadership in seamless business travel.

Corporate passengers flying with Delta and LATAM between South America and the U.S. will now receive exclusive benefits on their travel day:

  • Priority Boarding: Corporate travelers will board earlier, following each airline’s specific procedures.
  • Denied Boarding Prioritization: In situations of overbooking, corporate travelers will be given priority if involuntary denied boarding occurs.
  • Downgrade Prioritization: Should cabin downgrades be necessary, corporate travelers will be prioritized over non-business travelers with comparable status.
  • Priority Service Recovery: During flight rebooking and seat assignments due to disruptions, corporate travelers receive priority over other passengers with similar loyalty status and booking class.

This enhancement of the Global Corporate Priority benefits program stems from Delta’s original Corporate Priority program, launched in 2014. Driven by feedback from numerous Delta customers and joint corporate clients, the program has consistently adapted to meet the evolving demands of modern business travel.

Luciano Macagno, Delta’s Managing Director for Latin America, the Caribbean and South Florida, stated, “We are excited to extend our Global Corporate Priority benefits to LATAM Airlines, offering even greater value and convenience to our corporate customers. This expansion highlights our commitment to providing exceptional service and benefits to our business travelers, ensuring they enjoy the best possible travel journey.”

These new benefits are effective on LATAM flights this month, offering corporate travelers even more compelling reasons to choose Delta and their partners for their business travel needs.

The Delta-LATAM Partnership Advantage

This expansion is a crucial element of the broader Delta-LATAM Joint Venture, designed to improve connectivity and create a smoother travel experience between North and South America.

The Delta-LATAM partnership is the premier airline collaboration for travel between the U.S./Canada and South America. This Joint Venture between these award-winning airlines is transforming travel between continents by enhancing the customer experience for both passengers and cargo clients.
