Effective January 1, 2022, Javelin Energy Partners has been designated as the new operator for oil and gas properties previously managed by FDL Operating, LLC (“FDL”). This operational transition encompasses properties situated in Hill, Hood, Johnson, Parker, Somervell, and Tarrant Counties, Texas.
Due to procedural requirements and timelines set by the Texas Railroad Commission (“TRRC”), Venado Operating Company LLC (“Venado”), a Javelin affiliate with TRCC Operator # 884496, will initially serve as the operator of record starting January 1, 2022. Following the Texas Railroad Commission’s formal approval of Javelin Energy Partners as an operator, operations will be seamlessly transferred to Javelin’s official operating entity, Javelin Energy Partners Management LLC. This structured approach ensures a smooth and compliant transition of operatorship.
Regarding revenue distribution, FDL will continue to manage and distribute revenue for production through December 2021, with payments processed through February 2022. Javelin Energy Partners will then take over revenue disbursement, commencing with payments for January 2022 production and subsequent periods, which are scheduled to be distributed in March 2022. This clear timeline ensures uninterrupted revenue processing for interest owners during the operator transition.
Javelin Energy Partners is committed to providing efficient and accessible account management tools. Interest owners will continue to utilize the Enverus online platform for convenient access to their account information. Enverus allows secure login to view, download, and print current and historical revenue statements. Users can also opt to receive statements electronically as soon as they are available. Checks will be mailed around the last business day of each month, with check details accessible online via Enverus at the same time. For interest owners previously utilizing ACH direct deposit with FDL, it will be necessary to complete the Javelin ACH request form and submit a voided check or bank letter to reinstate direct deposit services with Javelin Energy Partners.
