Höegh Evi and the Høegh family are pleased to announce a new partnership with Igneo Infrastructure Partners. Funds managed by Igneo Infrastructure Partners have reached an agreement with Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners to acquire their 50% ownership stake in Laurus Holding Limited, the sole owner of Höegh Evi.
This marks a significant step for Höegh Evi as they continue to solidify their position as a market leader in LNG infrastructure and expand their focus towards clean energy solutions. The collaboration with Igneo Infrastructure Partners is expected to bring deep expertise and resources to support innovation and further growth in this evolving energy landscape.
