Public Notice: Operating Permit Proposed for Holly Energy Partners LP in Cheyenne, WY

The Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ), Division of Air Quality, has issued a public notice regarding a proposed operating permit for Holly Energy Partners – Operating, L.P. This permit, if approved, will allow Holly Energy Partners to operate the HEP Cheyenne Crude Oil Storage Terminal.

Located at 300 Morrie Avenue in Cheyenne, Laramie County, Wyoming, the terminal is subject to the Chapter 6, Section 2 Operating Permit under the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations. The Division of Air Quality is currently proposing to approve this request.
