Public Notice of Proposed Air Quality Operating Permit for Holly Energy Partners

The Division of Air Quality of the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) is proposing to approve an air quality operating permit for Holly Energy Partners – Operating, L.P. This permit, under Chapter 6, Section 2 of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, concerns the operation of the HEP Cheyenne Crude Oil Storage Terminal.

The facility, owned by Holly Energy Partners, is located at 300 Morrie Avenue in Cheyenne, Laramie County, Wyoming. This public notice is to inform the community and stakeholders about the proposed operating permit and provide details on how to access related documents and submit comments.
