Prior to her acquisition of Engineering Partners Inc, Lucy was the driving force behind the development and leadership of the Energy Infrastructure Sector at Cordoba Corporation. Joining Cordoba in 2014, she spearheaded the strategic expansion of their energy business into key areas such as gas and electric transmission and distribution, renewable energy sources, and comprehensive program management across all of California’s investor-owned utilities. Under her visionary leadership, Cordoba’s energy infrastructure business flourished, contributing significantly to 60% of the company’s total revenue and achieving a remarkable Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) exceeding 30%. This period solidified her reputation as a leader capable of driving substantial growth and establishing robust business sectors.
With over 30 years of hands-on experience collaborating with utilities throughout the US and Canada, Lucy is a seasoned Mechanical Engineer by trade. Before her impactful tenure at Cordoba Corporation, Lucy held the executive position of Executive Vice President and Managing Director of AECOM’s North America Energy Business Line. In this capacity, she expertly managed AECOM’s extensive North America Energy Business, which boasted annual revenues of approximately $1 billion. Earlier in her career, Lucy dedicated 15 years as an engineer and program manager at the New York Power Authority, one of the nation’s largest state public power organizations, gaining foundational experience in the energy sector.
