Real Estate Development Internship

Real Estate Development Interns will be integral to supporting ongoing development projects. Responsibilities may include financial feasibility analysis, development modeling, project management assistance, involvement in capital stack assembly, and contributions to leasing and marketing strategies. Construction Management Internship

Construction Management Interns will gain practical experience in the field by assisting with cost estimating, construction schedule management, subcontractor coordination, and reporting for active construction projects. Policy/Advocacy Internship

Employment Details

These are paid, hourly internship positions based in Cross Street Partners‘ Baltimore City offices. While a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week for approximately 10 weeks (starting mid-to-late May) is preferred, part-time applications will also be considered.
