Real Estate Development Internship
Real Estate Development Interns will be integral to supporting ongoing development projects. Responsibilities may include financial feasibility analysis, development modeling, project management assistance, involvement in capital stack assembly, and contributions to leasing and marketing strategies. The specific tasks will be tailored to the current needs and stages of Cross Street Partners‘ development projects during the internship period.
Construction Management Internship
Construction Management Interns will gain practical experience in the field by assisting with cost estimating, construction schedule management, subcontractor coordination, and reporting for active construction projects. This role provides a comprehensive view of the construction process within Cross Street Partners‘ developments.
Policy/Advocacy Internship
For those interested in the intersection of policy and development, the Policy/Advocacy Internship offers a chance to work directly with organization leaders. Design Internship
Design Interns will collaborate with the development team to refine program concepts and develop master plans. Interns can expect to concentrate on one or two of these areas, depending on their interests and skill sets. Employment Details
These are paid, hourly internship positions based in Cross Street Partners‘ Baltimore City offices. While a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week for approximately 10 weeks (starting mid-to-late May) is preferred, part-time applications will also be considered.
