Air Canada Top Tier members could access Star Alliance Gold and Silver benefits when flying with Continental, including lounge access and priority services. Similarly, Continental One Pass Elite members received equivalent Star Alliance recognition when traveling with Air Canada. This reciprocal recognition of elite status across partner airlines is a cornerstone benefit of the Star Alliance, enhancing the travel experience for frequent flyers.
