Empowering Africa’s Green Future: Allied Talent Partners Launches to Connect Climate Partners

Africa stands at a critical juncture, facing significant climate and energy challenges while striving to provide electricity access to 300 million people. Addressing these dual challenges requires innovative solutions and, crucially, specialized talent. This is why we are excited to announce the launch of Allied Talent Partners (ATP), a dedicated platform designed to empower Africa’s sustainable energy transition by connecting leading Climate Partners with the expertise they need.

Launched at the inaugural Mission 300 Africa Energy Summit in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, ATP is committed to supporting key climate partners in achieving ambitious energy access and climate goals. We are proud to collaborate with transformative organizations including The World Bank, the Trade and Development Bank Group (TDB Group), The Rockefeller Foundation, and The Global Energy Alliance for People and Planet (GEAPP). These strategic alliances ensure that the right talent is deployed to accelerate impactful solutions and foster local capacity building across the African continent.

Our commitment to building strong climate partners networks extends beyond global institutions. ATP has formalized Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) with influential regional players such as The African Climate Foundation, Gridworks, and Meridiam. These organizations are already leveraging our talent platform to identify and secure high-caliber experts for their vital projects, demonstrating the immediate value and impact of ATP in the African climate and energy landscape.

These partnerships underscore a shared dedication to nurturing local African expertise and scaling game-changing climate and energy initiatives. ATP’s mission is clear: to be the premier talent platform empowering Africa’s transition to sustainable energy. We achieve this by fostering local expertise, strengthening in-country capacity, and supporting economic growth through connecting our climate partners to a rapidly growing pool of independent, highly skilled African professionals.

By acting as a central hub connecting organizations and talent, Allied Talent Partners is poised to play a pivotal role in accelerating climate action and ensuring a sustainable energy future for Africa, together with our valued climate partners.
