AJ’s career began in 2008 as co-founder of Capstone Companies, now the nation’s largest privately held multifamily investment sales brokerage. With a foundation built on servant leadership and core values emphasizing teamwork and continuous improvement, AJ spearheaded Capstone’s growth from a single office in Charlotte, NC to twenty locations nationwide. During his tenure, he oversaw investment sales transactions totaling over $2.5 billion and 25,000 units, earning Top Producer recognition for three of his last four years. He continues to serve as a Partner at Capstone, focusing on national growth and technology-driven initiatives. Capstone has been recognized with the “Inc. 500/5000 Award” and “Best Places to Work” multiple times.
