Joining Bell Partners in 2017, Ms. Clare plays a pivotal role on both the Executive and Investment Committees. Her leadership extends across a vast portfolio of approximately 85,000 apartment homes throughout the United States. Her responsibilities are comprehensive, encompassing all facets of community management for properties owned by Bell Partners and those managed for third-party owners. This includes overseeing crucial aspects such as community operations and maintenance, successful lease-ups of new properties, and fostering strong relationships with third-party owners.
Beyond these core operational duties, Ms. Clare also spearheads Bell Partners’ Customer Experience initiatives, which include Marketing, Corporate Branding, and Customer Innovation. Recognizing the importance of continuous growth and development, she also oversees Learning and Development programs and Client Services business functions within Bell Partners.
Ms. Clare’s expertise is widely recognized within the multifamily industry, making her a sought-after speaker at national conferences on various industry topics. Her contributions have been acknowledged through numerous accolades. In 2011, The Washington Business Journal recognized her as one of its “Women Who Mean Business.” Further solidifying her influence, Multi-Family Executive honored her as one of the “10 Most Influential Women in Real Estate” in 2015.
