Flow Credit Analyst
Traditional Office Environment — Las Vegas, Nevada
Auxilior Capital Partners is seeking a highly productive Flow Credit Analyst to join our West Coast team in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role is crucial for processing deal flow and conducting credit adjudication within our Vendor Finance Transportation and Construction segments. As a Flow Credit Analyst, you will be at the forefront of maintaining our credit productivity and adhering to critical turnaround times, all while upholding Auxilior Capital Partners’ stringent credit policies and risk management standards. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Credit, your essential duties and responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the development and ongoing maintenance of our automated credit scorecard product.
- Preparing detailed written analyses, transaction approval summaries, and industry studies to support informed lending decisions for new deals, renewals, and extensions, in line with company policy.
- Managing appeals and modifications to initial credit decisions.
- Applying credit authority, including the assessment and grading of credit risk for both new and existing client relationships.
- Participating in key discussions with stakeholders to evaluate the creditworthiness of pending and pre-screened requests.
- Presenting analytical findings and written conclusions to management at all levels.
- Reviewing and either approving or recommending business unit overline requests.
This position at Auxilior Capital Partners may require participation in rotational Saturday and holiday credit coverage based on business needs, and occasional travel.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting preferred; MBA is advantageous.
- 3 to 5 years of credit experience, specifically in credit score-based underwriting methodologies.
- Knowledge of the Transportation and Construction industry verticals is highly desirable.
- Proven strong credit underwriting and analytical skills, with the ability to transform large datasets into actionable recommendations.
- Comprehensive understanding of the vendor sourcing business model and the impact of vendor/dealer relationships, correlation risk, and reliance structures on transaction risk.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects under pressure, ensuring timely and accurate risk mitigation.
- Strong working knowledge of Business and Consumer Credit Bureaus and reporting agencies.
- Decisive decision-maker capable of providing structured and effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, able to articulate effectively across various organizational levels.
- Familiarity with Moody’s Financial Analyst spreading tools and various credit adjudication tools used in credit review processes.

As a Senior Pricing Analyst, you will engage in all aspects of pricing, competitive analysis, economic analysis, and structuring support for each business unit within Auxilior Capital Partners. Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in accounting, finance, economics, mathematics, theoretical science, or another business concentration, or equivalent work experience.
- Financial industry experience is preferred, particularly with a solid understanding of multiple Lease and Structured Asset Finance products.
