Shipping Information for Little Partners Products
Free standard shipping is available for orders within the contiguous United States. Packages typically arrive within 3-7 business days. Unfortunately, Little Partners is currently unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Little Partners is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the address provided by the customer.
Little Partners Return and Refund Policy
Returns are accepted only for items purchased directly from the Littlepartners.com website. Products purchased from third-party retailers are not eligible for return through Little Partners.
To initiate a return, customers should contact Little Partners Customer Service at 1-800-704-9058, Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. ET and Saturday 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. ET. Alternatively, customers can begin the return process online by clicking the “Return” button on the Little Partners website (button location may vary). This process will generate a return shipping label.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon with Little Partners prior to shipping the return. All returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged to be eligible for a refund. Returns are not accepted for orders placed more than 30 days prior.
A 20% restocking fee and the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds are processed within 10-12 business days of Little Partners receiving the returned item(s). Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, except for gift returns, which will be handled according to Little Partners’ gift return policy.
