Pediatric Partners actively participates in the NC Health Information Exchange, known as NC HealthConnex. This vital network securely connects disparate healthcare systems across North Carolina, creating a unified, holistic view of your child’s medical record. NC HealthConnex empowers our providers with access to comprehensive patient records from various sources, allowing for a complete understanding of medical history, including lab results, diagnoses, allergies, and medications. We understand that illness can arise unexpectedly. To ensure timely access to care, Pediatric Partners offers daily open access scheduled appointments from Monday through Friday. We also provide limited Saturday hours for urgent sick visits, addressing immediate healthcare needs. For critical situations that demand attention outside of routine office hours, our on-call provider is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
