Her hiking adventures span across Europe, and she dreams of retiring in the Alps, dedicating her days to exploring mountain paths. Emily is also passionate about paddle sports, including dragon boat racing, kayaking, and outrigger canoeing. She proudly paddled with the Oregon Women Lawyers Dragon Boat team for seven years, showcasing her team spirit beyond the office. Adding to her vibrant personality, Emily is a beer enthusiast, with a particular fondness for IPAs, and aspires to tour the US, discovering diverse craft breweries. A fun anecdote about Emily? She has attended six Bruce Springsteen concerts, highlighting her zest for life and experiences.
