Partnering with Jocelyn Goldfein from Zetta Venture Partners and Graham Brooks from .406 Ventures marks an exciting milestone for Telmai. As a data company prioritizing a Machine Learning-first approach, we believe we have found ideal collaborators in Jocelyn and Graham. Their expertise and vision are invaluable as we embark on this next phase of growth.

This funding is a significant achievement for our dedicated team. We want to take this opportunity to share our vision for Telmai, the immense potential we see in the market, and our strategic roadmap for the future.

Telmai is pioneering a no-code, real-time data quality analysis and monitoring platform. Our innovative product is designed to automatically and proactively identify data quality issues as data is being ingested. Leveraging a human-in-the-loop machine learning engine, Telmai empowers users to define data correctness, enabling autonomous monitoring and alerts for data quality discrepancies.

Building Momentum: Telmai’s Journey to Seed Funding

Since our inception in November 2020, Telmai has been laser-focused on developing groundbreaking products and championing our unique methodology for ensuring data reliability. We have been fortunate to collaborate with forward-thinking design partners like Dun & Bradstreet and Myers-Holum, who share our perspective on the future of data quality. Thanks to these collaborations, and invaluable feedback from thousands of prospective users, Telmai proudly launched its Minimum Viable Product (MVP) this month, October 2021.

Beyond our cutting-edge product, our world-class team is the cornerstone of Telmai’s success. We have assembled a highly skilled and dedicated technical team who deeply believe in Telmai’s vision and are committed to shaping the future of data quality.

The Next Chapter: Scaling Data Quality Innovation with Zetta Venture Partners

This seed funding round, with the strong support of Zetta Venture Partners and our other investors, empowers us to strategically expand our team and accelerate the development of Telmai’s premier data-quality platform for the modern data stack. We are enthusiastic about embarking on this journey alongside an exceptional group of institutional and angel investors who are aligned with our mission to revolutionize data quality.

Investor Perspectives: Zetta Venture Partners on Telmai’s Potential

“The AI and machine learning platform shift is well under way, and ensuring data quality – efficiently, in production, and at scale – will be a prerequisite for every product and every business decision in the decades to come,” notes Jocelyn Goldfein, Managing Director at Zetta Venture Partners. “We’re delighted to partner with Telm.ai’s founders, who acutely understand the challenge of maintaining high quality data and have built an industry leading product, itself powered by data and machine learning, to help their customers achieve it.”

Graham Brooks, Partner at .406 Ventures, also highlights the critical need for Telmai’s solution: “As an investor focused on data and analytics for the past 15 years, our portfolio and our network of Chief Data Officers have continually highlighted data quality and trust as key challenges to realizing the promise of big data analytics and machine learning. Telmai is not only eliminating that gap but also addressing both IT and business’ most pressing needs in an infinitely-scalable, integrated data observability tool that establishes trust in data.”

We extend our sincere gratitude to our customers and everyone who has contributed to Telmai’s journey thus far. We are incredibly excited about the future and the opportunity to continue building and innovating in the data quality space.

Onwards,

– Mona & Max
