Tout Suite Cafe Relocates to The Mill in Eado, a Triten Real Estate Partners Development

Houston’s beloved Tout Suite Cafe is embarking on an exciting new chapter, relocating to The Mill, a vibrant new development by Triten Real Estate Partners. This move ensures that this iconic Eado establishment remains a cornerstone of the neighborhood, even in the face of urban development.

The original Tout Suite location, a building with a rich history as a former auto dealership and nightclub, was slated for redevelopment due to freeway expansion. Understanding the unique energy and close-knit community surrounding Tout Suite, the team sought a new home that could replicate and even enhance its beloved atmosphere. Enter Triten Real Estate Partners, and their visionary development, The Mill.

Thanks to the instrumental support of Scott Arnoldy, Jr. from Triten Real Estate Partners, along with Alex Field, Frank Wallace, CPM, Osagie John Okpamen, and Lisa Reyerse, Tout Suite has found the perfect spot just around the corner from its original location. The new cafe will be situated on Navigation Blvd. & S. Jensen Dr., within The Mill’s newly constructed traffic circle. This prime location places Tout Suite alongside Houston culinary legends like Ninfa’s and El Tiempo, solidifying Navigation Boulevard as a premier restaurant destination.

The relocation to The Mill, a Triten Real Estate Partners project, promises a revitalized experience for Tout Suite patrons. Notably, the new location will feature a much-anticipated patio – a first for the cafe concept – perfect for enjoying Houston’s pleasant weather. With the grand opening of the new Tout Suite location at The Mill just months away, loyal customers are encouraged to visit the original cafe to savor its ambiance before it closes its doors.

The successful relocation is a testament to the collaborative spirit and dedication of numerous individuals. Deep gratitude is extended to Anne Le, Tout Suite’s owner, for her unwavering commitment to this exciting transition. Additionally, Sydney Dixon and Thomas P. Nguyen, key partners in this endeavor, are acknowledged for their crucial contributions.

This move represents not just a relocation, but an evolution for Tout Suite Cafe, facilitated by the expertise and community focus of Triten Real Estate Partners. Houstonians can eagerly anticipate the unveiling of the new Tout Suite at The Mill, poised to become an even more vibrant hub in Eado.
