Bill Fisher, Co-Founder
Bill Fisher co-founded Fisher Capital Partners in 1991, bringing with him a wealth of experience in corporate finance. Prior to establishing Fisher Capital Partners, Bill specialized in highly leveraged corporate lending, mergers and acquisitions, and business restructurings. His prior roles were with Banque Paribas and Bank of America, where he honed his expertise in complex financial transactions. Bill’s deep understanding of financial markets and strategic business development is instrumental to the firm’s vision and growth. Beyond his role at Fisher Capital Partners, Bill is actively involved in the community, serving on multiple nonprofit boards. These include the University of Colorado Hospital Foundation, the Leeds School of Business at CU, and the Colorado Public Employee Retirement Association, reflecting his commitment to education and public service. Bill holds degrees in both finance and chemical engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder, showcasing his analytical and business acumen. In his personal time, Bill enjoys skiing, hiking, and golfing, and cherishes time spent with his wife and six children.
Blake Fisher, Real Estate Expert
Blake Fisher contributes significant real estate expertise to Fisher Capital Partners. Joining the firm in 1996, Blake’s background is rooted in the commercial real estate industry. His experience encompasses acquisitions, property dispositions, asset management, and property management across a large real estate portfolio. This broad experience in real estate operations and investment makes him a valuable asset to Fisher Capital Partners’ real estate ventures. Blake earned an accounting degree from the University of Wyoming and maintains close ties with his alma mater. He serves as a board member of the school’s athletic fundraising arm and the Athletic Director’s Advisory Board, supporting university athletics. Outside of his professional and philanthropic pursuits, Blake is an outdoor enthusiast. He enjoys golfing, fishing, hunting, and snowmobiling, and values time spent with his wife and two daughters.
Scott Fisher, Corporate Lending and Credit Specialist
Scott Fisher joined Fisher Capital Partners in 1998, bringing a strong background in corporate lending and commercial credit. Prior to joining the firm, Scott was employed by The Bank of New York in both New York and Colorado. During his tenure there, he worked across corporate lending, commercial credit, and commercial leasing departments, gaining comprehensive experience in financial services. Scott’s expertise extends beyond Fisher Capital Partners. He currently serves on the board of General Communication, Inc. (GCI), a leading integrated communications provider in Alaska. Additionally, Scott is on the advisory boards of several private equity companies, demonstrating his broad network and respected insights within the investment community. Scott holds a finance degree from the University of Wyoming and an MBA from the University of Denver, further solidifying his financial expertise. Like his brothers, Scott enjoys golfing and fishing, and prioritizes family time with his wife and two daughters.
Julie Reisinger, CPA, Controller
Julie Reisinger, CPA, serves as Controller at Fisher Capital Partners, bringing critical accounting and financial management skills to the team. In her role, Julie is responsible for performing due diligence on new investments and collaborating with investment partners. She provides essential accounting services, including setting up new accounting systems, budgeting, personnel hiring and training. Notably, Julie also serves as a temporary CFO when needed, showcasing her versatility and leadership within financial operations. Before joining Fisher Capital Partners, Julie worked at KPMG, gaining diverse industry experience. Her time at KPMG exposed her to real estate, manufacturing, finance, information systems, and oil and gas sectors, providing a broad understanding of different business models and financial challenges. Julie is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), underscoring her professional expertise and commitment to financial integrity. In her personal life, Julie is actively involved with her two sons, volunteers with various organizations, and enjoys playing golf.
